Professional manual grafting machine "Special for GEMMA grafts"

Prepared for bud grafting with removal of trapezium-shaped scion.
Built in five unique pieces of fiber (very high resistance material).
The two parts with anatomical handle are fixed to each other with a self-locking pin and nut.
The central block made up of two pieces is fixed to the fork handle with self-locking pin and nut and slides on an interlocking guide and upper pin.
The interchangeability of the blade, inserted in its special socket in the central block and fixed with two screws, makes it very easy and quick to maintain.
The dowel inserted in the lower part of the grafter and fixed with two lateral screws serves as the blade stopper.
Its replacement is necessary when the cutting of the blade leaves filaments on the scion.

How to use the grafter:

Insert the chosen scion into the appropriate recess.
By pressing the two handles the double lever makes the scion enter the blade creating the first cut.
The return spring reopens the grafter (for larger and woodier branches, help the spring function if necessary).
The same operation is repeated on the rootstock, creating the second cut.
Insert the two parts together that will fit together perfectly and traditionally tie the graft thus obtained.
